Gunnar Blischke and his first-class kitchen team preserve the flavour profiles of each dish from Far East, while adding the Mediterranean characters to some of them. The only way to achieve that is to recreate them from scratch with regionally authentic spices and the freshest ingredients from Mallorca.
KATAGI Blau is a unique dining experience that accentuates the brightness and beauty of Asian cuisine artfully redefined by Chef/Founder Gunnar Blischke. Our local, seasonal menu is elaborated with the highest quality ingredients and best when shared with friends at our spectacular rooftop divided into several different spaces that are all at once intimate, inviting, and hip. Every dish served at KATAGI Blau in Hotel Llaüt Palace has had a clear creative process, mixing colours, flavours and unique sensations only to offer unforgettable meals at Playa de Palma in Mallorca.
